Great effort is taken to reproduced colours online as accurately as possible however please be aware that slight variations will occur from computer to computer due to different computer screens and settings.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Local currency conversions are agreed at the time of order for international sales. Prices subject to change without notice. Wholesale minimums may apply. Tax invoice issues with every purchase. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms vary depending on the customer relationship and the value of the order. Generally speaking we require all new customers and first time orders to pay for goods in full prior to delivery. Credit terms are offered to approved account customers on a case by case basis only. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify that credit details are bona fide. We also reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the email address or number/s provided. We will refund any monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock.
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise arranged, local and international delivery is via road, rail and sea and is charged at cost. Delivery times depend on the destination. Airfreight can be arranged as required.
REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY
All purchases are covered by our money back guarantee if not suitable and returned within 14 days.

We are principally a wholesaler. Wholesaling can utilise a number of facilities and functions including offices and warehouses, the Internet, promotional material (using various forms including paper and electronic mail outs), credit and other card systems, layby arrangements and reward schemes. As a successful and established wholesaler we carry out any or all of these means of business from time to time.
4. Obtaining personal information.
Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business.

As part of us keeping your personal information private we only allow access on a need to know basis.

However, in accordance with the privacy law we give you access to your personal information we hold and you can correct misinformation (except where it would be inappropriate or exempted by law e.g - where it would require disclosing someone else's personal information, but we will provide you with reasons).
